Growth Hackers are data-driven problem solvers who help companies to innovate and accelerate growth efficiently and cost-effectively.

Program Overview


Our blended learning approach is a mix of in-person, live online classes and guided self-study content. You’ll be exposed to a combination of workshops, some designed to educate and train – while the practical workshops are designed to put your skills and knowledge to the test working on real business’s problems.

Month 1

During this intensive month, you’ll be learning about the fundamentals of growth hacking. You’ll take the plunge into rapid experimentations as you set out to validate a new startup idea. Following our mantra of 'learn by doing', you’ll learn new skills and tools on the go.

Month 2 & 3

The learning doesn’t stop as we continue to build on and dive deeper into concepts.  You’ll be putting your new skills to the test by solving real-life business problems.

  • Deep diving into different traction channels 

  • Live interactive online workshops with industry experts

  • Work in groups on real-life business problems

Course Curriculum

+ Week 1: Lean Methodology

Understand the foundations of Lean Startup, focusing on the Customer Discovery and Customer Validation.


+ Week 2: Growth Hacking Foundations

Introducing you to Growth Hacking and the Pirate Funnel. You will ‘learn by doing’ in our Crack the Case workshops.


+ Week 3: Growth Hacking Foundations Cont.

Continuing on with the Pirate Funnel, we introduce to you Experiment Design and you continue on with our Crack the Case workshops.


+ Week 4: Customer and Business

This week we look at design thinking, where you will gain an understanding of building better products and customer experience. Where to look to identify improvements in a business’ digital marketing efforts. Understand Goal Tree and Growth Hacking B2B.


+ Week 5: Content Marketing

Learn the importance of social media marketing, how to set up and automate email marketing efforts and how to generate copywriting and product messaging focused around selling.


+ Week 6: SEO - Search Engine Optimisation

Understand the foundations and practical application of Search Engine Optimisation to work with Google’s algorithm to improve ranking. Learn to build a SEO driven editorial calendar and scale your content marketing.


+ Week 7: Paid Advertising

Understand PPC principles and how to set up Google Ads, YouTube Ads and LinkedIn ads. Facebook Ads learnt in week 4. We explore other paid platforms and how they can be used.


+ Week 8: Data & Analytics

Understand what metrics matter and how to create data visualisation reports to easily communicate your findings and reasons for recommendations to a non-technical audience.


+ Week 9: Conversion Rate Optimisation

Get a deeper understanding of A/B testing, statistics for A/B testing as well as understanding the customer and how to use customer research and insights for greater conversion.


+ Week 10: Website Design

Understand the basics of HTML and CSS, how to optimise your landing pages for conversion and the psychology behind it.


+ Week 11: Business Challenge Sprint 1

1 week sprint on a real-life business challenge. In groups you will present solutions/ recommendations to overcome the company’s current challenge.


+ Week 12: Business Challenge Sprint 2

Another 1 week sprint on a real-life business challenge. In groups you will present solutions/ recommendations to overcome the company’s current challenge.
